As our ongoing commitment to decreasing overproduction in the fashion industry all Hunza G Swimwear is made to order. Once your swimwear has been made, we send it to you via DHL Express. The below timings are an indication of how long it will take to reach you once it has left us. We don’t currently ship to Russia
*As every item is made to order, we do not provide a guaranteed next day delivery. We do send all our items via DHL Express, so as soon as your order has left us, it will arrive with you the next day if UK-based.
** Remote EU locations may take longer

Please note, as every customer is a priority to us we are unable to expedite orders. We do ask you to place your orders with this in mind.
Should you need to return your item(s), you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Items must include the original tag and hygiene label. Returns will not be processed if your item(s) has been worn.
Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a DHL return label. Please include your name and order number.
- Pop your item in a package (you can reuse the original packaging), include the return form below, and attach the DHL label to the front of the package.
- Drop your parcel at your nearest DHL collection point, or arrange for collection using the account number on your return label. The account name is Anglestar Ltd, our umbrella company.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving your parcel. Funds will be returned via PayPal. If you did not pay using a PayPal account, funds may take an extra day to be processed and returned (the cost of your original shipping will then be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and returns processing).
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If you are located within the EU, returns can be made using any secure means but we may not accept liability. If returning from overseas you must use our DHL returns system, failure to comply may result in lost parcels and parcels held due to customs.

ARRANGING A COLLECTION FOR YOUR RETURNS
Once our customer service team has issued you with a returns label, you must arrange a convenient time for DHL to collect your parcel. You can do this by calling 08442480844.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and supporting imagery (if relevant). We are not able to fix or replace items over 6 months old.
