DHL On-Demand Service
You will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD) once your order has been shipped. ODD will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.
When the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule this free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Just add your mobile number and email address at the checkout to receive these options.
DHL ON-DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following free delivery options:
- Deliver your package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
- Deliver your package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
- Deliver your Package to a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
- Deliver your package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
- Deliver your package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection.
- Request Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
All items bought directly from www.hunzag.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase free of charge. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out.
For UK customers – please visit our returns portal to organise your return.
For all other customers – please follow the steps below:
- Email email@example.com to request a pre-paid DHL return label. Please include your name and order number.
- Pop your item in a package (you can reuse the original sustainable packaging), include the return form which was sent out to you, and attach the DHL label to the front of the package.
- Drop your parcel at your nearest DHL collection point, or arrange for collection by calling 08442480844, using the account number on your return label. The account name is Anglestar Ltd.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving your parcel. Funds will be returned via your original payment method. Please allow a couple of working days for these to show up in your account.
Please note, items shipped to Russia or Brazil are not eligible for returns.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and supporting imagery (if relevant). We are not able to fix or replace items over 6 months old.
