We offer a WORLDWIDE RETURNS service within 14 WORKING days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (14 working days from receipt of order).
Returning an order:
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Items must include original tag and hygiene label. Returns will not be processed if item(s) have been worn.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
- Contact email@example.com to arrange a DHL return label. The cost of your original shipping will then be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and returns processing.
- Please include a note of return on your original invoice in your parcel and attach your return label to the exterior.
- Drop your parcel at your nearest DHL collection point, or arrange for collection using the account number on your return label. The account name is Anglestar Ltd, our umbrella company.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving your parcel. Funds will be returned via PayPal. If you did not pay using a PayPal account, funds may take an extra day to be processed and returned.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If you are located within the EU, returns can be made using any secure means but we may not accept liability. If returning from overseas you must use our DHL returns system, failure to comply may result in lost parcels and parcels held due to customs. Arranging a collection
Once our customer care team have issued you with an acknowledgement of your return, you must arrange a convenient time for DHL to collect your parcel.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
