1. Introduction
1.1 By entering the luxury break at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve giveaway (the “Competition”), you
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before
entering.
2. The Promoter
2.1 The promoter of the Competition is Hunza G, registered at 51-52 Frith Street, London, W1D 4SH.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Competition is open to participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees of Hunza G, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the Competition.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the Competition, participants must:
• Make a qualifying purchase from www.hunzag.com during the Competition Period.
• Be signed up to both Hunza G and Viceroy’s email marketing list at the time of entry.
4.2 Any purchase made between January 1st and January 31st 2025, will automatically enter the
purchaser into the draw for the prize, provided the participant is subscribed to the applicable email
marketing lists.
4.3 No person may enter the Competition more than once and persons may not enter or participate as
part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.
5. Competition Period
5.1 The Competition begins at 00:00 on January 1st 2025 and ends at 23:59 on January 31st 2025
(the "Competition Period").
5.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
6. The Prize
6.1 The prize winner will receive a luxury break at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve in Portugal, which
includes:
• A four-night stay in a one-bedroom residence with a private pool based on two people
sharing.
• Breakfast each morning.
• A 60-minute massage for each guest (or a couples massage, subject to availability).
• A picnic on the property.
• Roundtrip economy class flights from the prize winner’s nearest airport to Faro Airport
(subject to availability).
• Roundtrip airport transfers from Faro Airport to Viceroy at Ombria Algarve.
• A full Hunza G wardrobe to take on the trip for the prize winner only. This includes three pieces of swimwear, two pieces of ready to wear, two accessories of the prize winner’s choice. All subject to stock availability.
6.2 The prize stay must be taken in 2025, with exact dates subject to availability at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve. The prize winner must confirm the stay dates at least six (6) weeks in advance.
6.3 The prize is subject to availability, at the hotel’s discretion. Availability may differ from what shows online. If a booking is requested during the hotel’s peak period, they are entitled to deny confirmation.
6.4 The complimentary luxury break can only be used with new bookings and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with an existing booking at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve.
6.5 The complimentary luxury break is non-flexible and once confirmed by Viceroy at Ombria Algarve, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the luxury break.
6.6 If the prize winner is unable to travel or use the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.
6.7 All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the prize winner are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel and to be paid for by the prize winner and
any travelling companion(s).
6.8 Viceroy at Ombria Algarve has the right to update these terms and conditions. Complimentary room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued.
6.9 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6.10 All reservation requests must be made in writing only to Bacchus Agency for the attention of Tabitha Russell at tabitha@bacchus.agency.
7. Additional Terms for Holiday Prizes
7.1 Due to the unique nature of holiday prizes, certain additional terms apply, as outlined in this section. These terms also apply to any companion(s) accompanying the prize winner on the holiday.
7.2 Inclusions and Exclusions for Holiday Prizes
7.2.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, holiday prizes include flights and accommodation only.
7.2.2 Unless otherwise stated, all additional expenses such as spending money, meals, excursions, and other incidentals are the responsibility of the prize winner and any accompanying travel companion.
7.2.3 Holiday prizes do not cover airport departure or government taxes, or other applicable charges, which must be paid by the prize winner and any travelling companion(s).
7.2.4 Insurance is not provided as part of any holiday prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner, and any travelling companion(s), to arrange and cover the cost of all relevant insurance (including, but not limited to, health, travel, and property insurance).
7.3 Passport and Visa Requirements
7.3.1 The prize winner and any travelling companion(s) must ensure they hold valid passports with at least six (6) months’ validity beyond the proposed dates of travel (or as required by any relevant authorities).
7.3.2 It is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion(s) to obtain any necessary visas or travel documentation. Hunza G is not responsible for ensuring that the prize winner or their companion(s) have the correct documentation, nor for any costs or issues arising from any inability to enter the destination country.
7.3.3 The prize winner and their companion(s) may be subject to inspection by immigration and customs authorities upon arrival at the destination, and we cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry.
7.4 Travel Advisories and Risk Acceptance
7.4.1 The prize winner and any accompanying traveller(s) are responsible for reviewing any official travel advisories issued by the Government regarding their destination prior to travel.
7.4.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a failure to follow such travel advisories or any refusal to travel based on risk assessment. The decision to travel to the holiday destination rests entirely with the prize winner and their companion(s).
7.5 Health Regulations and Inoculations
7.5.1 It is the responsibility of the prize winner and any accompanying traveller(s) to ensure that they meet the health and inoculation requirements of the destination country. We will not be responsible for any failure to comply with such regulations.
7.6 Failure to Redeem Holiday Prizes
7.6.1 If the prize winner or their travelling companion(s) are unable to redeem the holiday prize due to a government-issued travel advisory or any other reason (including refusal to travel), we will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused.
7.6.2 In such cases, there will be no obligation to provide an alternative prize, cash equivalent, or any other form of compensation.
7.7 Compliance with Travel and Venue Terms
7.7.1 Prize winners and their companion(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of airlines, transport providers, hotels, and other service providers involved in the holiday prize.
7.7.2 This includes adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and other instructions as provided by the relevant parties.
8. Prize Winner Selection and Notification
8.1 The prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
8.2 The prize winner will be notified via email within twenty-eight (28) days after the end of the Competition Period.
8.3 If the prize winner does not respond to the notification within twenty-one (21) days of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative prize winner may be selected.
9. Publicity
9.1 By entering the Competition, the prize winner agrees to participate in publicity related to the
Competition, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content in promotional materials.
9.2 No further compensation will be provided for such publicity.
10. Data Protection
10.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by Hunza G for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize.
10.2 Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. For more information on how your data is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.hunzag.com/pages/privacy-cookie-policy.
10.3 Should an entrant be required to submit a third party's personal information as part of entry into or participation in the Competition, the entrant must ensure that any other person whose details are provided has given, or will give, their consent for their details to be shared with Hunza G and to be contacted by Hunza G in relation to the relevant Competition.
11. Limitations of Liability
11.1 Hunza G shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property arising from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11.2 Hunza G is not liable for any technical failures or errors that may occur during the entry process.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 Hunza G reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition if circumstances beyond its control arise, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or changes in government regulations.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. General Terms
14.1 By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
