Please note, returns received between 23rd December to 3rd January make take slightly longer to process. 

All items bought directly from www.hunzag.com can be returned within 45 days of purchase free of charge*. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out. Please note, we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than Hunza G's return service. We do not currently offer exchanges.

*Please note, some customers living in remote locations won't have access to our return carrier accounts. In this instance, we are unable to offer you a pre-paid return and you will need to return the shipment using an alternative method. You can check whether there is a DHL drop off point near you by following this link.

How to Return

Our returns policy is 45 days from the date you receive the order.

Once your return has reached us, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed by our team. You will be emailed once refunded.

For all UK Customers, please process your return via our Returns portal using the guidance below. Please note this will not work for customers outside of the UK. Please check your original delivery address before attempting to use the portal below.  

  1. Head to the following link to start your return 
  2. Enter your Order ID and email address
  3. Select the product to be returned and the relevant return reason
  4. A returns label will be created, which will be downloadable and emailed to you
  5. Head to the following link to find your local DHL Drop off point 
  6. Under 'Select the service you require', select 'Do you have a parcel to return via DHL?'
  7. Enter your postcode in the following box and click on the red arrow
  8. You will then be able to view your nearest DHL Drop off point, with its relevant address and opening hours 
  9. Please read the following guide for instructions on how to affix the DHL label securely to your package 

Some customers will have received a pre-paid DHL label in your order. This will replace steps 1-4 above. 

For customers outside the UK, please process your return via our Returns Portal using the guidance below. Please note this will not work for UK customers. Please check your original delivery address before attempting to use the portal below.  

  1. Head to the following link to start your return 
  2. Enter your Order ID and email address
  3. Select the product to be returned and the relevant return reason
  4. Select the return shipping method
  5. A returns label will be created, which will be downloadable and emailed to you
  6. Please follow the instructions within the portal on how to drop off your return, as this will vary by country 

    Exclusions

    We do not accept Returns for the following:

    • Gift Cards
    • Items sold at a pop up event
    • Any items with their tags removed
    • Any items that have been visibly worn
    • Any items sold via a third party seller or stockist

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. 

    Warranty

    We offer a generous twelve month warranty period for products that have either arrived with, or have developed, a manufacturing fault. Please contact customercare@hunzag.com with your original order number and images of the fault. Please note we do not accept responsibility for products purchased via third party retailers.
