Your EU legal guarantee rightsCustomers purchasing Hunza G goods through hunzag.com for delivery to an EU/EEA country benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. Some countries may provide longer or additional protection under national law.Goods may not conform to the sales contract if, for example, they:

• are faulty or damaged;
• do not match their description or the information provided before purchase; or
• do not function as intended.

If goods do not conform to the sales contract, customers may be entitled to a free repair or replacement or, if these remedies are unavailable or unsuccessful, a price reduction or refund.To report an issue, please email customercare@hunzag.com with:

• your order number or other proof of purchase;
• a description of the issue and when you first noticed it;
• photographs showing the issue, where possible.

Hunza G also offers a 12-month commercial warranty for products purchased directly from hunzag.com that arrive with, or develop, a manufacturing fault.
