It is the meticulously-manufactured, ultra-stretch knitted fabric at the very heart of Hunza G.The result of decades of technical refinement, its unique properties are what make our one-size fit possible. The engineering ensures the fabric’s capacity to stretch and contract to size, and its ability to support and sculpt every body.

It begins before a single stitch is knitted. A combination of yarns are precisely guided through a tension system, their composition determining the final stretch and texture.

At the heart of the process is the circular knitting loom. Each machine contains thousands of individually calibrated needles, every one set, monitored, and replaced by hand. The machine runs continuously, producing 6.6 billion stitches a day. What results is a seamless, tubular knit structure created only for Hunza G.

Every metre is then inspected by expert technicians. Held against the light, checked for consistency in stitch structure, weight, and weave. Only then is it ready to be dyed and cut.

This is the foundation of the Hunza G universe. 9 million stitches to make one swimsuit.
